Wtk sale price of HK 911

Hi guys been lurking around and thought this might be a good time to post a question.
I hang out at the Akfiles alot!

I work with a guy that has a NIB 911 and he wants to trade it to me for a bolt rifle
I have. Im not interested in keeping the H&K, but I might trade or sell it depending
on the worth
Any Ideas?

We are talking about made in Germany 100% H&K 91, the twist is 1,100 91's were
stuck in transit when the AWB went through. So H&K had an extra "1" added
to the 91, and put butthole stock on it then sold them, hence the h&k 911Kinda like what happened to the MAK90's but with more taste!

I don't know much about CA. law but these are legal to own unregistered,
the H&K 91 needs registered. These can be converted to the correct furniture easy. Very rare only 1,100 made. This is why I can't find a price, Im not looking
To get rich just a fair price or trade.

So any ideas?

Prices vary so much from state to state and since we're talking CA and their weird gun laws I'd suggest posting the question on calguns. What might be worth $2k here could be worth twice that there.

So what kind of grip do you use on the butthole stock? Can we get a pic?......

You must mean a thumbhole stock....

Yes, sorry bad habbit. Its a thumbhole stock.
I have not aquired the rifle yet because we both work out of town, so trying to meet
when we are both home is challenging at best.
Also I need to make shure he isnt BS ing me. I have known the guy for a while so
I don't think he is, he was very specific in the description of the rifle. Not something
you just come up with.
When / if I get it I will put up pic's.
