ID this gas plug

Can anyone ID this shiney Gas Block? Is it DSA or something? It has the typical oblique L1A1/1A1/etc gas passage cutout.

Before someone asks, no I am not planning on selling it. I am just curious.

Well, Brit virgin gas plug with defective aftermarket plunger installed. The radius on the plunger head is (usually) insufficient to clear gas block.
