Californians feel your pain from the sense of abandonment by the NRA but they will only take on fights they know they can win. Your state is in the process of being occupied and taken over by the left.

Money sent to Gun Owners of America (GOA) is always well spent.

  • Triple 'they', that's gotta count for somethin.

Whut? You get a sticker to proudly proclaim you are now a target to put on your car for $25 a year and nifty little duffle bag. Plus you will never ever get them out of your mailbox. The NRA is like the P320 sig of guns. I spend my NRA money on the files membership.

Too bad the citizens didn't oppose this, or why the reps were voted in in the first place. Perhaps it's not the NRA, but the people living on the left coast.

Before Kate "The SCRUNT Brown" signed the bill into "Law" (Not a Law) the NRA articles were NOT Found in any way as they were NOT saying a fricken word.

When you support NRA YOU support GUN CONTROL, simple as THAT.

GOA- at least they try.

NRA Really SUCKS the $$ right out of YOU , put your $$ to better use Gents.

Yeah, they've been known for inactivity, but I'm curious to see the mental gymnastics required of that argument.

Well probably a good third of the 1968 GCA was pure NRA contributions.

The NRA Is the BIG Name in Gun rights ,,Taking the heat and the lazer focus of the liberals ,,Allowing the SAF and GOA to do there work without much interference,, Same as PETA is the Crazy Nut Org That give credibility to the real evil Humane Society of the USA [HSUS]

Democrat Rep. Claims NRA Becoming a Domestic Security Threat=>

On Thursday Rep. Kathleen Rice (D-NY) tweeted that the NRA and NRA spokeswoman Dana Loesch were “becoming national security threats.”

This makes Rice only the latest in a chorus of leftist voices that have criticized the NRA for pointing out the left’s propensity for violence in media and in action.

On June 30 the Los Angeles Times reported that California Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom suggested the NRA’s focus on the left’s violence was actually a call for people to come after politicians. And on July 5, Breitbart News reported that Women’s March co-chair Tamika Mallory suggested the NRA’s focus on the left’s violence was a way of opening the door to violence against women.

HuffPo quoted Mallory saying, “Recent actions of the NRA demonstrate not only a disregard for the lives of black and brown people in America, but appear to be a direct endorsement of violence against women, our families and our communities for exercising our constitutional right to protest.” (The Women’s March subsequently marched against the NRA and gun rights, all the while availing themselves of good guys with guns who escorted them while they walked.)

Is the NRA of today the same NRA as they were in 1986 >?

Look at the board of directors of today --many names I hold in good faith !

I understand fear sells...guns, ammo and NRA memberships.

But, also the NRA is more than just the ILA lobbyists hobnobbing with fat cats and rubbing their hands together anticipating our millions.

There are programs for gun safety, hunter education, women, disabled vets, competition, concealed carry, gunsmithing, firearms instructors, museums, insurance, estate planning, banking and more.

If the Potterfield and Brownell family businesses (among others) contribute millions annually to the the NRA's efforts, that tells me they do some good in the world.

Are they perfect, no.

I wrote the NRA and asked when they were going to get on SB719A-Repeal?

Let the NRA know I was watching for ANY sign of their movement, did Not get a letter back but noticed that they are starting some action on this Oregon Issue, was and still is an Californian UNlaw to begin with, SO Unconstitutional--They call it E.R.P.O. Extreme Risk Protection Order, CaliPhuckia ahem/lawmakers came up with it.
2 years now and Cali still has their Uhhmm law? in place? Justice is REAL SLOW.
