Iranian Heidar 50 Semi Auto

Looks like a WECSOG program designed system. MG 42 style grip too boot..but sometimes simple designs work the best.

Looks like it may not be too accurate. Having the bipod clamped on the barrel half way down it is going really mess with the barrel harmonics which will really kill the accuracy of the gun. Also looks like the op rod is exposed on the right side of the barrel. Colt lad be easily damaged.

I think you're looking at it a bit backward. The rods appear to be the bipod supports--there is a ring around the barrel at the bipod that appears to free float the barrel. So I don't think it's going to affect harmonics at all.

Watch the video, at the very end of the video the gun is held up and on the left (as you are looking at it in the video) there is a big bulge on the side of the barrel . It's also visible in the first picture too, just a little harder to pick out as it is running parallel to the barrel.
