Early Savage .22

I picked up an old Savage .22 rifle from a friend and need some information.
The rifles barrel and receiver are one piece like my Model 23B but the stock is full length similar to a 1903 Springfield. There is no model number or serial number on the rifle. the only markings on the rifle are .22lr, manufactured by Savage and paten dates from 1905, 1915 and 1917. Also need to know were I can get a few magazines for it. I will post pictures as soon as I find a way other then photobucket. Any information will be helpful.
