H&R American Double Action mfg date

found one in nice shape so I bought it. From the blued trigger guard on a nickel gun, I guess it is the second edition made from 1905-1942. The issue is finding the date of manufacture.

On the top it says: The American Double Action
Left side of the barrel (octagon) says 38 S&W CTGE
Left Top says: H&R Arms Company Worcester Mass USA

Serial number is 1090xx

Removed the grips and no patent number, and the serial number is repeated.

From the lower serial number I am thinking around 1910.
