OK I had some time to take a bunch of pics to show all what this thing does.
This is the front view,
* (2) Canteen / General Purpose pouches
* (2) Flashbang Handgrenade pouches
* (3) Double magazine pouches, 30 rd., 5.56mm
* (2) Three magazine side-by-side pouches, 30 rd., 5.56mm
M4 double pouch. (These hold a single FAL mag each  )
The "3" single M4 pouch, mounted behind the "double pouch,
I can fit 1 FAL mag in the middle, but it's tight. All mags,
AR or FAL should use mag pulls. I can get a total of
5 FAL mags on this vest.

Close up of the canteen/general purpose pouch, with it's 2 small
side pouches. You can also see the D-ring that comes w/ it
also to the left of the canteen pouch, Most are coming with
only 1 D-ring, but olgier stated that his came w/2... "edit. looks like they all come w/2 D-rings"
The inside of the "map pouch", one on each side of the vest.
This is how to adjust the width of the vest.
Remove the "T" lock
Adjust the length of the strap here. It's a trial and error system to get it right, but doesn't take too long.
