need help with head stamp

hello: can some one here help me identified this head stamp? its a 7.62x51mm round and it has the
nato cross in the circle at 12 o'clock and at 7 o'clock has the letters: RA and at 5 o'clock has the number 60 ( for the year???) now, I understand that it could be Remington Arms??? but not sure they made nato rounds.... the other that I could get info is norway but not sure... any help will help me. thanks.

Yes, Remington contract 7.62 NATO ammunition.

Same ammo was in my M14 clips for guard duty in S.E. Asia 1966.

Gary: could not find the same head stamp on the web site. I am going to try and put a photo... see if some can tell me if it is Remington or Norwegian ammo.... thanks..

If so, then it probably is Norma - formerly "Raufoss" (Norway)

Would be very early for Norway as they adopted their 7.62x51 rifle (AG-3) in
1966. Also suspect they would have a crown on govt production headstamps.

thank you.. so appears to be Remington ammo.... so too early for norway uh???? interesting.... norway made the AG-3 ....back in 1966....
