I just got one of these. Receiver looks like new. The lower is Australian and most of the finish is gone. Unfortunately, the barrel has been cut just distal to that flash hider retainer slot.

Yes, this is an Imbel (unmarked) receiver that IIRC, was towards the tail end of the run with those receivers. Just as good as any of the rest, including the coveted GL receiver. All the same.

I may be wrong, but all the L1A1 Sporters with Imbel receivers were in the 108XXX TO 111XXX serial range. They also had some with Argy receivers, and some with Century receivers.
