The threat of a ban will cause prices to spike. $500 for an AR receiver isn't out of line. Weren't they $1,000 during the previous ban? I'm pretty sure they were but feel free to correct me.

If they don't get this next ban thru then yes people buying now will have overpaid. I question whether Feinstein will be successful given how far reaching her bill is. We'll see.

Basically if I had a few surplus AR's or AK's I'd consider letting one or two go. Might as well take advantage of these market prices.

I vote libertarian or constitution party while you vote anti-gun.

How much time & money do you have tied up in helping NRA & republican based anti-gun laws? Must be a bunch as much as you are covering for them.

I voted for someone that wasn't trying to strip me of all my freedoms so that isn't pissing in the wind.

Your last 2 candidates lost and were also anti-gun. Your last winning candidate banned imported barrels and receivers for the FAL. Not sure where the positive in any of that is even considering your low standards.
