BTW - not important, but fyi only... "Northwest" usually means Oregon & Washington, while ID, MT, UT, (maybe Colorado & Wyoming) are usually called the Intermountain West.

Those guys in southern ID are as far from the libtards and hippies of the northwest as you are in Kentucky. Southern ID is desert, farms, and ranches - not coffee, dope, and Portlandia.
Good information to know. I'll have to apologize to those guys for mislabeling them. I hate painting people with broad brush strokes, especially ignorance.

Also, that's my hope too. Having been through that area a few times, I think it offers some really cool and unique challenges for RnG.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, the live show Friday night is canceled. Gear swap will still happen. Also, Bluegrass Targets LLC has backed out as a sponsor. So, none of the steel targets will be available on the prize table, and the course of fire may change slightly. I sincerely apologise for this.

For those who didn't know, Lalo Tactical is giving everyone 30 percent off until the end of the year. Use coupon code RUNFORYOURLIFE at checkout.

Smoke Composite is also giving a 20 percent discount to match goers. Mention this match on the phone or use the code smoke20 to get this discount.

Alright guys, first statistic. Out of 76 people who ran the course, 18 made the 500 yard shot. 2 did it with SBRs, and 1 did it with a iron sighted Garand. The two SBRs were both first round hits. Average hit was 3rd with a few making it on their last shot.

Feel free to share as you see fit. But please give credit to Lisa Stennett if you do. She does great work and refuses to take a dime in payment.

"Why the he__ is Rusty wearing a...ohhhhhh..."

Hawks are supposed to be thrown at end grain so that only blade orientation is important and not angle. Must have been a lot of fail there.

Another great photo series from Lisa. Judging from the smiles on the contestants faces, the match was a big success.

Wearing a what - 160lb pack? Because he's a stupid-head who wanted to win the Mule, and he knew Hutt had run it the day before with a stupid-heavy pack so he had to outdo him.

Did you see something else that looked abbynormal?

The guy who was supposed to provide a round failed to do so. Yeah there was a lot.of fail, but there was a surprising amount of success.

To be fair, he didn't have a number that Hutt had carried though. So he just went insane.

That *definitely* qualifies as "insane".

Holy crap.
