An interesting gas block......

I'm working on a gas block for a buddy that needed a little attention and a bipod pivot pin made. The rain allowed me to get in the shop yesterday and today, so I made some serious headway. You guys sayin' there's no L2A1 gas blocks any where to be found, but here they're fallin' from the trees!

Just a little somethin' to get the Inch section here movin' along.

Nope. A couple members here had them and I repaired them and reparkerized them for their projects. I was gonna say that I found them in a box, but I didn't want anyone to have a heart attack when I told them I paid $50.00 for them!

So, I just told the truth. I sure hope they work out because who don't need another L2A1.

Nice. I have a set of bipod legs from RTG. That's as far as I got.

embatp, actually they might have been. All I know is that they were damaged and I fixed 'em up and reparkerized them. I also made accurate representations of the bipod pivot pin.

I have a bunch of those NOS that I stuffed in an old sandbag and use as a door stop in my workshop.

Well,

You're a BLOODY GIT! You probably kick that bag after having your way with some of the local Ewe's. Next you'll tell me me you burn Slazenger Coachwood furniture in winter.

Prior to that comment I liked you a lot

I will be back down there in early December if you want to get rid of any "door stops" to redeem yourself!

Not mine. I simply did a repair to them because they were damaged. Sarco had a few damaged ones left in the pile.
