WTS StG-58 on DSA Type II

$1750 Shipped FOB origin to lower 48, Sold "as is", first "I'll Take It" gets it, payment within 7 days. Insurance is optional for $30.

Steyr StG kit is numbers matched, scarce thick wristed trap cut C wood butt is unbroken, trap cut plate looks new, tube style cleaning kit included, StG sling included, mint bore. Receiver is in the desirable range, comes with 1 20rd magazine, barrel gauges like new at both ends, head space checks out, I have not fired this rifle nor did I build it, ban states deduct $20.

Thank you to HKshooter for posting pictures in original ad.

The only way to get a better StG58 would be to bring an original back from Austria. Outstanding rifle.

Many agree the Stg is THE Cadillac of Fal's

Don't be cheap, the price is right
Go ahead and buy this Cadillac
+1 on this.

Someone is not paying attention.

I'm happy to see this because my StG58 was like this and I was thinking mines was a fluke. I was hankering to go to the plastic buttstock and I only see the wood stocks that take the rubber buttpads.

I've seen StG kits like this w/o receiver fetch 1200 bucks WITHOUT that cool stock AND this one on an LMT 2 on top of it, jeez - anyone looking for a perfect top quality new condition FAL, this is the one I would think. And the seller, well he's pretty much anal about having only the best and nicest condition stuff and if he say's it's what it is it's probably even a little nicer.

Judging by the pics it looks like a brand spankin' new StG mounted on a LMT 2 for 4 hundred bucks less than I paid for my DSA FAL If only I'd known better, that was months before I stumbled upon the files.

Hard to believe this hasn't sold yet, hmmmn - maybe after a few tequilas tonight I'll be back later

Some folks simply don't know what this is and represents, all they understand is the price and it scares them off, I think. Little do they know that if they tried to buy these components to assemble this rifle they'd spend considerably more than the asking price. And still need to build it or have it built.
I bought a similar rifle from this seller a couple of months ago and it's a beauty. Had I the resources this one would have been sold weeks ago. In fact, it might have never been listed here at all.

Market seems a lil soft right now.....and there are a few nice ones for sale lately.....this one is hard to beat no doubt.

I have more than a few I need to turn loose myself......hard to decide on the right time.

Bump-n-it.

I agree that nw has always had some of the most beautiful FALs ever seen on the 'files.

I, stupidly, sold a CGW matching stg on GL Imbel many years ago. I have been looking for a replacement ever since. I don't know why, but the "gear" on the side of Imbel upper always made me smile. Wish I could find another one....
