Thompson SBR

Just finished moving and unpacking and thought I show off my Thompson SBR.
Built her a while back from a Kahr Commando Model with an IMA Russian Savage 1928 Parts kit.

Cool!

I'm thinking of SBR-ing my Kahr Thompson, but have not yet looked into tools needed or any details of re-barreling a Thompson.

Do you have tools to sell, rent, or loan?

Any thoughts or advice on barreling a Thompson?

TIA

Looks great!

I checked out a Kahr 1928 that had been SBRd at an LGS. Sure looked and felt better than the carbine...

I did the conversion a while back, but with the barrel I clocked it with a shim to align the sight and installed a set screw as seen on a Thompson patent.
