Dupage has regular laminates. E2 has the pistol grip?

stock

Never heard of a laminated E2 stock.

There were rosin impregnated stocks for added strength. I believe those were birch or beech.

There used to be a gentleman, I do not recall his name, that made very, very nice E2 type Semi-auto M14 laminate stocks. These stocks were very similar in shape of a USGI E2 stock, but usually had a recoil pad and were not cut for the fun switch stuff.

My understanding is that he stopped making those stocks (or any others) many years ago. You might get lucky on eBay, or one of the gun auction sites though.
