Israeli lower question

Myself and a fellow Filer have a question concerning a Izzy HB lower

The lower has multiple peening marks in the vicinity of both the rivets that hold the recoil plate to the lower frame

My best guess is the rivets and the holes loosened with use and was peened to make the assembly tight again

The repair has been parked over since the repair/modification and a new fire control set has been installed , working as it should

I have seen a few examples of this type of modification but never really owned one

With the rarity of these lowers , Other than being a eyesore, is this lower good enough to build on ? Or will there be issues down the road ?

Thanking in advance , Please advise

It will be fine. I've also seen other lower examples with similar peening such as Brit lowers. I ran one of the Izzy lowers with peening for a long time until I found my NOS Izzy lower a few years ago.
