Waco DA Dismisses Remaining Twin Peaks Biker Cases

I'm still pissed off about and boycotting McLennan County over this case. This was an egregious abuse of authority by the good ole boys in Waco.

Waco DA Dismisses Remaining Twin Peaks Cases: ‘Waste Of Time, Effort And Resources’

I'm glad the new DA was able to put this to bed. It won't bring the nine guys back who were shot by the cops, though.

Think how many thousands of dollars each each defendant had to spend to protect themselves during this malicious prosecution? They won't be getting that back.

They won't get the motorcycles McLennan County took through civil forfieture back, either.

I recall seeing footage of cops shooting into bunches of bikers like it was open season. The body count was not divided into cop-shot and and biker-shot.

gotta keep in mind that the important thing coming out of this is that the cops did what they had to do to go home safe at the end of the shift.

and all the motorcycles that they stole for themselves ?

well no harm taking a little sip off the top now and then.

the informant employed by the cops, working for the cops, fired the first lethal shot, to settle an old score--providing the preplanned excuse for the swat team that was already there, waiting in ambush, knowing this was on tap.

that makes the swat cops murdering outlaws.

Okay you are all pro Police, I largely am too
in this case they shit all over the Badge, just my opinion
No real advocate of Bikers, over the years I came to dislike 1% dirtballs as much as the fakey fuks
shit these days half the dirtballs on HDs up here are retired LE still trying to be all hard & tough
mostly balding fatties on touring bikes all leathered up with long ass grey hair

It amazes me
these days I keep the hair short shorn, not into weed, don't hardly ever hit bars but the portly piggies that used to be on my ass constantly have fully taken the place I abandoned when they retired
I just don't get all that.
I don't even recognize some of these asstards when they come up in my space

My opinion ?
Like RSU you are just another sick asshole but I'm sure you are good with that coming from me.

yes "honorless murdering dirty rat fuks" is an apt description of the cops in waco;

as evidenced by the 9 murder victims, and 18 wounded, done in ambush;
as evidenced by the motorcycles they stole from their victims.
as evidenced by the fabricated felony charges against 106 victims of malicious prosecution,

not a single conviction, all charges dropped for lack of evidence.

fair enough,

one technical point-- RSU, and vinny are communicating that they are craven cowards, they know they could never actually do the deed themselves, hence their endless cheerleading/worshipping blueganger murderers, to do it for them, since they can't do it themselves.

The cops supported the efforts of a criminal rat fuk informant. ?

How could they have been fooled, if this was a known fact that the dood was a criminal rat fuk informant ?

Perspiring minds want to know.

Please discuss.

Most look like Fal'ers.

Mugshots of some of those arrested.

A biker Pastor was arrested, originally for having two guns.... as a man of the cloth. When asked why, he replied, "so I have a backup if the first one jams."

154 arrests, one mistrial, many injured and 9 dead.

Hell of a rally.

Why dismiss? Well when the evidence shows it was only cop bullets in bodies you don't want a court case so that evidence can be officially recorded. Let the civil cases begin!

Do you know what a terrorist organization is?....and the activities it engages in to earn that legal status?

No, I missed that class in high school.

Why would someone need to label an organization? If individuals commit crimes, prosecute those crimes.

Does the term Criminal Enterprise mean anything to you?

Why, yes -as a matter of fact it does.

Again - why label an organization instead of prosecuting individual acts?

Lol - yes, it's pretty hard to justify painting with a broad brush, and charging someone for crimes they didn't commit.

Good choice to step away from that, it's really indefensible.

Not really,,,its called conspiracy and used all the time with multi membered criminal organizations,,,like those mentioned.
Or are you just purposely being obtuse ?

Sure it's used a lot. So is asset forfeiture.

Calling something criminal, calling something legal does not make it just or unjust.

Charging a biker as a criminal for belonging to a club is bullshit. If Joe Bandido is a pimp, charge him with it, don't charge every Bandido for belonging to the same outfit.

Hell, that'd be like charging all cops as criminals just because they don't turn in the criminals in their ranks....you can't blame guys wearing the same colors for sticking together.

Then join a non criminal club,,,easy peasy.
Join a club of criminals, you want to be a criminal, you get a criminal label.
Seems like kindergarten level cause and effect to me...

Good deal, I figure kindergarten level is about right for most in the taxpayer-funded sector. Good retirement, though.

Having witnessed scores bikes passing by on I90, heading for Laconia in June of each year, I have to admit it is interesting stuff.

However, once in late July, on I90, I was passed by the NYC area Hells Angels, traveling in a pack of 70-80 bikes, all going about 80.

It took a little while for them all to pass me. They were flying colors and obviously headed to Sturgis, back when people used to ride to Sturgis.

It was intimidating for sure.
I passed them back when they all stopped for gas at an I90 plaza.

I can imagine that a group of 500 bikers, let alone all 450,000 or more, flying colors at Sturgis; has got to be an event, and pretty intimidating to law enforcement, and the normal citizens. Drugs, booze and wild times, makes for wild times.

Those big rallies must be intimidating to Dems concerned about right wing white supremacy groups eh?

When is Chairman Nadler going to call in the Hells Angels? I wanna see those hearings, and listen to them give Nadler, an upfront and close".

America is a grand place!! Hells Angles do push the boundaries of free speech and appearance, and do us all a favor by existing, especially in this day and age.
