Loose Romy Forearm

I have a Romy with "dildo" Forearm. The only complaint I have is that the Forearm wiggles back and forth (yes, there's a grin on my face as I write about it)
How can I fix it? I realize it doesn't affect accuracy or reliability, but it drives me crazy to the point that I don't even shoot it anymore.

are you sure the locking lever is engaging with the milled-out slot in the barrel? Remove and reinstall it to check. If there is wood damage, maybe you just need a new dong handguard? I have an extra if you do.

I've checked the locking lever. I figure the new receiver is too short for the furniture (It's a Century Arms Gun) I've had it for about 7-8 years.
I'd like to get a new forearm, PM me with price.
Thanks!
