It's all yours. I'm too tired to play that game at the moment. Going to load rifles in a bit and take an EPIC nap.

Bringing some yard sale stuff. A spring loaded AR500 target
is one thing. Few other interesting things.

Be there by 1pm tomorrow.

Got all my stuff loaded. Pleasant surprise when I was digging in the gun room for cases, found an Stg 58 kit I had forgotten about

My name is Rob... and I may have a FAL problem.

All loaded but for the toys. Depending on my apprentices attitude tomorrow, I may arrive late tomorrow night. He's a bloody punk, with a serious sense of entitlement. I don't see him lasting the fall.

Oh yeah, got the Vixens favorite coffee additive as well. Gotta keep her happy so the coffee keeps flowing.

Make him ride the school bus.

It's working wonders for our 12 year old.

If it's still available when I get there I may be interested.
I have a nice 5.11 range bag for sale I may throw in the truck if we have room.

Elk and I hope to hit the road by 2:30 tomorrow afternoon but depends on his work and how long it takes to get loaded. We are planning on going over the mountain on Hwy 26 then down through Biggs junction since I-84 is still closed.

Got home and washed the stink off.

I feel so much more like I do right now than I did when I first got here !

Many thanks to all that made this happen, and for the personal hospitality of food, beverages, and a place to rest my head.

You all are wonderful folks !

Next is to rearrange the gear.

Ever wonder how so must dust can get into those impossible places?
Had a great time, thanks to the cat herding crew for keeping us all in check and in line.
Terry, thanks for the Irons Man Challenge. I learned something from it, and will be ready next Spring.
Special thanks to Dave and family for putting up with all of us. I do plan to continue attending, if anything, to see you all in person.

Some of the best people I know and have ever known. Thanks for a great few days of fellowship. Hope to see you all soon.

I'll be expecting my participation trophy, 'cause I sure as hell didn't win.

It was an awesome time with an incredible group of people. I can't thank everyone enough for being so welcoming. Exit308, we'll get 'em one of these days!
Coffee Vixen, can't thank you enough for feeding and herding us miscreants!
Rob, thanks for lighting the fires 🔥 and all the uncountable things you do to make these events happen.
Brush511 thanks yet again for the use of the range. And Brother Wayne, always too much fun when you launch the anvils.
And brother-in-law Jim, special thanks. He hauls the garbage, polices the range, and who knows what else. He is so important to these events yet does so quietly with little fanfare. Thank You!
There are just too many people that contribute to these gatherings individually to make them what they are. Just know you are all thanked profoundly!!

Special thanks to 12v71 and Coffee_Vixen for the hospitality and the
use of the cabana.

Thanks to Brush for hosting and the special Jameson. Your SCAR has
no soul!

Thanks to Brother Wayne for the explosions/flying Anvils.

Great seeing all of you, had a blast. I started out good and ended pretty good. Middle, not so good, but who cares. It's all about the people, never had so many, honestly helping me or who ever needed it. You people are your own kind of crazy, and great fun. Thanks again and see you next time.

Git back and semi unpacked last night. Just as always this was a great shoot! Huge thanks to 12v71, Coffee Vixen, Brush511, Tuscan Raider, 4x401, and all the other usual suspects for making these things happen. Had a great time and enjoyed every minute.

Got back around 10PM, unpacked van, packed suitcase, went to bed. Headed to airport at 6AM. Signed contract with the City of Dallas. Flying home right now.

I'd like to add my thanks to Brush511 for being such a generous host and a hell of a guy. Dave, you are The Man.

Thanks to Rob and Dawn for all the work. This is no small event, and tons of people come and have a great time.

Thanks to Brother Wayne for the laughs and for Blowing Shit Up. And thanks to all the other people who are less visible and still do their part to make the place clean, welcoming, and safe.

Thanks to Rich and Jason and Terry and Robin for putting on great events. Congratulations to first-time winners .308/.223Shooter and JonnyP: that was some bitchin' shooting. I'm hoping to up my handgun game so Tuscan is at least a little afraid next time...

MilsurpMonkey - you crushed the Drop15, so I'm just gonna say that you would have won that thing if DSA gave a shit. But they don't. Meanwhile, you knew that...

Sophia had a fantastic time, and is busy telling April about all the goings on as observed through the eyes of an 11 year old. I appreciate everyone's kindness and enthusiasm towards her and her participation. I'm also more than a little stoked that she didn't want to shoot the Drop 15 in prone OR "backwards" like I suggested (prone first). She said "Uh, I heard Rich say we had to start standing, so I'll do it the right way."

It was great to see everyone. Thanks for coming, because this event is not that cool if no one shows up. Great people and great weekend. Looking forward to the Spring Shoot.

And on that topic... if you all don't care, it would be great if the April event was later in the month. I am only one voice, but I'm throwing that out there in advance in case that can be taken into consideration. If not, still try to make it.

What do you think about a game of adult lawn darts? We'd need the projectiles and launching blanks, plus a larger target to aim for.

For the Eclipse Shoot in MO, we used an empty burlap sack he had laying around for a target.

Just saying....

I figured we'd just set a bottle of the best whiskey Walmart sells by the gallon (ya know, something good like R&R ) out there and see who gets closest

V and I had an amazing time- thank you Dave for having us, to everyone that put the effort into organizing the various events and the awesome grub. It was great seeing everyone again and visiting. Vanessa wanted me to specifically thank Wayne for inviting her to do the anvil and "blow shit up" she is still stoked about it. Sorry I missed the Friday events- they sounded like lots of fun! A thank you also the 308/223shooter for the check up on my Imbel, it gives me great piece of mind knowing where things are at w/ it's headspace. You all are great!

Thank you to Brush511 for your hospitality! We are abundantly blessed to have a FAL friend of your calibre!

Thank you to Brother Wayne for always providing the BOOM factor at all our events! Hey Dave, does he Really know, how cool we all think he is??

Thank you to BIL Jim, for all his efforts preparing the range, and everything else he does!

Thank you to 12V71 for wrangling all this into something WE ALL look forward to!

Thank you to the saucy bitch (I'm slapping your ass right now) that poured my coffee every morning, and happily recorded the stats for ALL the events!
We really appreciate all that you do.

And a SPECIAL THANK YOU TO ALL of you that show up to make this the fun time it is! It's really no small feat that such a diverse group of individuals can come together and enjoy what we do, and each others company. I appreciate it very much.

^^ THIS ^^

It's about the people that show up to these events. Without you guys we don't have much of an event. I did have one hell of a good time with you guys. Coffee Vixen had a great time too. We really look forward to these events to see all of you.

And of course the huge thanks to Dave and Jim for all they do. There is no better place to hang out that I can think of.
