What is a almost new G series worth with wood furniture?

With a Hensoldt scope?

The market, as you know, is soft, which complicates estimates. Higher end stuff like Gs are a little easier, but a very great deal still depends on finding the right buyer at the right time.

I would say $7k min. Hensoldt $750 min. Keep in mind these depend on the rifle and scope being exc condition, all correct and unmolested, etc, etc. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if they brought more, I haven't followed the market for quite awhile.

Just out of curiosity, is it a standard or a lightweight ? Might be in the market for a standard.

Id say J. Armstrong is right on with his estimation. Depending on overall condition and how badly a buyer wants it, $7-9k is ballpark.
