I just got in another order from GPG yesterday and there was a small problem, as I received a SAW carry handle instead of a SAW pistol grip. So I called up today to clear things up. I wasn't too disappointed as I had planned on ordering a SAW cary handle soon, and I figured James could just carry the overage as a store credit. James solution, "Keep the carry handle and I'll send out a PG to you today." (!!!)
I tried to argue, as I wasn't comfortable getting a $15 part for what was a reasonable mistake (James called it a "late night packing mistake") and was willing to pay for the carry handle now, if he wasn't comfortable carrying a credit.
James would have none of it, said that the customer service was too important for me to pay for his mistake. So now I'll have both pieces ( ).
I have been averaging a small order from GPG about every month, so I was already a repeat customer. And I'm just a regular geek, not a high volume production gunsmith/dealer, so he didn't really need to treat me like one.
But I sure appreciate it.
