I don't know about the receivers, but I got his disconnector, sear and piston. Piston is not chromed or marked "US", just turned from raw stock. I am also having a little trouble fitting the trigger group. Oh yeah, did I mention it's for the vz58?

I bought a Tantal and VZ 58 muzzle break from them. Both were marked "Made in USA". Pleased with quality on both, but was curious to know if anyone had done a build on one of their milled receivers, particularly for the AK-74. I like Tantals and if I can scrounge a Tantal kit I think building one on a milled receiver would be cool...

I built a Yugo M70 fixed stock on one of their receivers and it was an excellent experience. My next build will also be with one of their receivers.

We have built on a lot of these at CMP Armory and they are great quality receivers. James my partner at CMP and I had a lot of input in getting these made like the originals and CNCW did a great job.
We will beat his price by $5 if you buy it from us.

Email or PM me if you want to get one.

Moses,

Any possibilty of modifying one of their receivers to build a Galil?

I have a 7.62 Galil kit just waiting for a receiver. I never did buy one of the ORF .308 receiers due to all the problems they had with their .223/5.556mm receivers.

He did say he was planning on doing some Galil receivers but not sure about 308.
You might want to call him and tell him you want a 308 version.
You mighht need to get a group buy going to drum up enough interest for him to do a run.

Moses and millersm99, thanks for your answer to my question about these receivers.

Sounds like they are good to go.

How much are his .223 Galil receivers? I don't see them on his website.

He has not offered the Galil receivers yet. Per one of the posts in this thread, sometime next spring. If you want a Galil receiver please contact them and let them know so he can make a run for us Galil fanatics.

I just posted my review of one of their receivers here:

http://www.falfiles.com/forums/showt...hreadid=302500

I'm still in the process of building the rifle and I'll update if I run into any problems.
