Handguard interchangability

Will metric handguards fit an inch barrel/front end? Are the handguard rings different?

Primative- you HAVE been assimilated. Therefor:
- You WILL go HERE, to the Eureka thread in FAQs FORUM.
- You WILL bookmark the "Eureka" thread for reference
- You will scroll down to the search mask entitled "INTERCHANGEABILITY" whence you will find ALL these answers
- You SHOULD contribute any truthes you find to be self-evident after you use one of those FAQ answers.

Short answer, BTW-
Except for T-48 and ISraeli HGs, all interchange w/o much difficulty. Israelis use different rings on the HB, and some stand-off spacers on the gas tube not found on Imperial or Metric rifles.
