Metric wood set auction

I thought I would auction off this unique wood set. Stock and hand guards are seconds, but are both solid except for a little cosmetics. Hand guards I filled with epoxy where there was bark voids. Stock has 2 grain cracks on the top mid part of the stock. Cracks are tight and the grain changes down a bit so they will never get worse. To the winner, I will configure the stock your choice.. A or B, swivel type, buttplate type.
Hand guard screw is a bit short, but works.
Auction goes until Sunday December 24th 9pm central time... 15 min rule applies.

opening bid 1.00 .... shipping included.

Payment USPS MO, PP gift or ad 3.5%, or a check if I know you.

Should call this set 'the Saturn furniture' coz it looks like the surface of that damn planet...which, by the way, looks cool as shit...

I called that set "Titania" named after a moon near Uranus.

This one is Jupiter.

Mainly from Groff and Groff lumber in Pennsylvania.
Some places are $300 minimum order but they have sent smaller stuff to me before. They carry all kinds of exotic Lumber and I can get it cut up and sent UPS or trucking for slab pieces. I get odds and ends form eBay.

Dean is a great guy, and his craftsmanship is impressive. I think the set I won here on this auction will look great on that old blue/black Belgian finish of the rifle I bought from you.

Here are pix that I am finishing from . It is much prettier than it looks, and it is only on its second coat of 50/50 BLO mineral spirits (grain is still open and surface dry... it will pop more with subsequent applications). I started with a hand mixed alcohol based stain.

I intended on using this stock, but really thought it needed wood handguards and pistol grip to go with it.... unless it finds a home on a G1 clone.
