Selector stop pin

Have an SRA type two with the secondary selector stop pin and standard selector switch....appears Belgian....any idea who used these? No serial number...

Could it be a pin added by some do-gooder here in the US? I have a type 2 SRA with a secondary pin too. Mine came right out with a relatively gentle application of vice grip rotational torquation. I assumed it was something done in the US. I hope I have not destroyed something of FAL signifignace!
