What should I do?

Hey bros... I have a former Century gun... australian gun with black brit furniture. It is a great shooter. It is cut for metric mags of which I only posses 5. I know where around 10 inch mags are for $20 a mag. I could have the gun cut for the inch and buy the inch mags. The other thought was to buy the mags and trade them for metric mags. I do see some metric mags on here some for decent price yet. What is your advice?

Buy the inch mags and trade them. Inch mags will always be more scarce and expensive than metrics.

More metrics than inch.

Inch were $25 ea when metrics were $10 ish

Yep, that price is a steal for inch mags.. buy them and trade here for metrics.. depending on condition, for 5 inch mags you should be able to get 7-8 inch mags in comparable condition.

Buy a DSA Inch receiver...buy an Imbel or Argentine kit. Take the Inch parts off the metric century receiver and build an Inch gun on the Inch DSA receiver with the Inch parts recovered....Take the Century Metric Receiver and build a metric gun with the parts kit you bought....buy all the decently priced magazines Inch or metric you can get your hands on.

someone offered me 8 metric for 5 inch... lost the email... or PM... If your on here I got the mags... or anyone want some inch mags?

Weren't the Century receivers cut a little heavy on the slot? I seem to remember that some Century's were able to take inch and metric mags with no problems. I would measure your slot and see if they will fit. If possible take the rifle to the seller and try them out for fit.

I bought them cause they were cheap enough. They will not fit my gun... I tried.
