Question: 1992 dated AR mags: anything special?

I figure someone must know if USGI AR mags that are dated 1992 are anything special. I understand some communist states differentiate on dates. I have a pair still in the wrap from July 1992 that someone in one of those states may want a lot more than someone in a free state.

Yes 1992 are post-pre-post-possibly ban era and could sell for at least $70 each in the current market

I think someone in NY state might find them a bit more useful.
