A Kid's First Police Encounter

I'm totally shocked they did not incarcerate this kid and put him on sex offender probation. I live in the country and p** on my plants every night, good fertilizer and sometimes I can't wait when I'm watering them. May go p** on the street late tonight. Money grab at it's height these days.

This won't stop until we stop it. Those people in that county need to have a referendum or election for the city manager (or county commissioners). And then they need to hammer the message home. Because for now, Claire Wolfe is still right...

Good to hear the ticket was dismissed. Am a little surprised to hear the officer was fired over this.

This brings to mind the now famous Canton Ohio police officer, Daniel Harless. He was caught on video going nuts, berating a CCW during a traffic stop. Believe it or not he might be reinstated. The case is in 3rd party arbitration and he could be back on the force. Isn't that a pleasant thought!

Police unions are very strong. As long as the cop isn't incarcerated, there's the possibility he'll end up reinstated. Failing that there's the disability route with all of the generous life long benefits.

Oh and I will say one other thing about the peeing 3 year old. From all outward appearances these people have the means to defend themselves in court. They can afford to hire a good lawyer. Not a good move on the cop's part. Chances are the people will fight a $2,500 frivolous ticket, don't ya think!

Really the cops are used to having their way with a certain segment of society but this isn't it. Maybe he was absent that day at the academy when they went over this. He was probably fired for being dumb, not abusive. Happy TG everyone!

He has probably already been hired by another agency unless he really wanted that job back.
