DSA short handguards - $45 shipped

What you see is what you get.

First "I'll take it gets it."

If you say anything other than "I'll take it," you aint got it.

Shipping via Priority Mail.

Same handguards DSA is selling on their website for $50 plus shipping.

These handguards are in Excellent new(ish) condition.
Only imperfection is slight residue from rubber band that decayed on them while sitting in a box for the better part of 10 years.
I tried to rub off most of the residue with my fingernail, and I was able to get most of it.
Lost interest in trying to do a perfect job of getting every last bit of dead rubber band off them.
The most of the rubber-band residue that I didn't get off can just be seen below the rear-most slot on the left handguard panel.

These handguards have never been installed on a rifle.
They have never been used for anything except taking up space in a box, and collecting rubber-band residue.

I declare "handling marks."
I wiped-down the parts with Break Free before taking the pics.

These handguards WILL NOT FIT on a standard-length FAL gas system.
They will ONLY fit on the short-length gas system.

US-made part for 922(r).

Hey WEG, I may be interested in these but I need to know how long they are from the HG screw hole to the END of the HG ring- ie the backend that is closest to the receiver.... I have a 'home grown' shortgas that has beatup cut down Aussie HG's. I cannot find the dimensions for this on DSA website.

My HG's measure 7" from the center of the HG screw hole 'eye' to the end of the metal hand guard ring or 7-5/8" from 'nut to butt'

I'm not Gary, nor do I play him on TV, and I did NOT stay at a Holiday Inn last night but I do own a couple DSA HG's.

It's roughly 7 1/2" from center of the hole to the back end of the HG. Slightly over actually, by less then a 1/32".
