HK91 not cycling after adding PSG trigger
Greetings all. I recently added a PSG1 trigger assembly to my HK91 and when I pull the bolt back it does not cycle forward. Any ideas what may be creating the drag? Anybody else have this problem?

Could it be the trigger housing is sitting too high and the hammer is creating the drag. Ejector clearing ok? Try switching back to your old trigger pack and see if it still does it in the PSG1 grip housing.
The few issues I have had with HKs (91/93) and changing parts seem to evolve around how the trigger pack sits in the housing (semi auto shelf too high causing the rifle not to cycle or too low in the trigger pack creating a failure to eject). Hopefully one of the resident gunsmiths will comment with some additional info/ideas. |

did you install your HK91 ejector lever from the lod pack in the PSG-1 trigger pack?
if not there is your problem the PSG-1 ejector lever is differant and will cause the binding problem. BIG50 |

I didn't change the ejector lever. That has to be it. I will change it and report back. Hopefully I didn't screw anything up in there.

I dont think you hurt anything I see this all the time. the bolt and carrier in the PSG-1 are differant than the HK91 that is why it binds.
