Well,

On the economic side he has most of it right. The only thing he missed that others are saying is that all the low interest returns are driving folks to the stock market casino in a desperate search for a return to the 8% that all their payout estimates are based on.

I do think he is pretty alarmist about the use of nukes. If anyone gets nuked it will be because they can't fight back with nukes. Iran is on that list but Russia and China are most certainly not. Plus does anyone here think that either Pres Obama or Gov Romney has the guts to use Nukes in a first strike? I don't! I wonder if they would have the balls to use them in retaliation?

RJ - our Thor is a Major in the the U.S. Army and is working his way through an MBA - you can't expect him to be thinking THAT far out of the box - give him another 10 years and that will change, and no, I am not kidding, at all.

You becoming an optimist? 10 years? I don't think we have that long until the curtain is pulled back...

I first read about the NWO, trilateral commission, council on foreign relations, Kissinger, et al.. back in the late 80's when I was a lad in high school. It bothered me, but I let it go as I had more important things to consider and wasn't sure if they could make it happen. Even if I paid more attention, there's not a damn thing I could have done to change it. I'm expecting the worst at this point and probably won't be dissapointed.

I like Thorack and think he is a level headed, honorable guy. I don't think he's gonna like what he sees from our leadership in the next two years...

Thor is a good dude - we agree on that - he will have his "wake up call" in 6-12 months - 10 years IS assuming we don't all die in a solar event or a nuclear event - probability of that is LOW... hence the 10 year call:-)

It's not so much the leadership as the followership that PICKS the leadership. The government has promised more entitlements than it can POSSIBLY tax the people to pay for. And the people that receive the entitlements are allowed to vote for who will give them the most stuff!

In the business world that is called a conflict of interest!
