M63 AA mount, need help!

Hi Folks,

I bought a M2 .50 Cal in Austria, it is now in transit.
I also bought a M63 AA mount in Danmark.

The mount looked complete but was missing a toggle axis set.
I pointed the location with a pencel. (The "lockpin" doesn't belong there)
So these are my questions;

How do you name those bolts.
How do they look like (close up picture would be great)
Where can i find them
What is the military partnumber.

If you have a set, i can trade with orther .50 parts, FAL, M240, M249, Higho-power, FNC or other FN parts or you just tell me the price.
Thanks!!!
Paco

Hey Paco,

It looks like you are missing a brass bushing and the bolt for each side of that joint. The bolt goes through the bushing and appears to be peened on the inside of the mount to keep it from backing out, but to allow elevation freedom from the gun mount to the pintle assembly. Unfortunately, I don't know the "proper" terms for the parts or the part numbers. They are probably going to be pretty hard to find. Your best bet may be to call Sarco (MG Dave), Numrich's, or IMA to see if they may have some parts from de-mills of the ones they have pieced together in the past. However, I am not sure what any of their policies may be on shipping parts overseas. Here are some pictures of what you are missing (don't want to disassemble mine as they are peened in place still).

Hope this helps!!

Looks good. Glad you found the bolts. Nothing quite like 225 pounds weight of BMG and mount sitting on the workbench!!!!

What are you going to mount it on Paco? It looks like a base could be fabricated pretty easy.
