The Supreme Court cannot fix what is put into law by our duly Constitutionally elected,, they can only decide the legality of contested legislation,,, they did so,, barely.

If I had been president instead of GW Bush, this guy would have been Chief Justice and we wouldn't be having this discussion.
 However, as president, I would have enacted ONE mandate: Everybody must own a rifle (preferably a FAL, but since I believe in freedom, I won't dictate which type of rifle one must own). |

I've been somewhat surprised that that the public has allowed the dialogue to be shaped around "insurance" rather than health care itself.
the middle-man of insurance companies is not a requirement in the health care system. It's a scam that makes actual health care less affordable.

The way they got the Jews on the trains to the death camps was to lie to them. The way this all got put in place was a big lie. Socialism doesn't change. The only reason todays socialist are not full fledged Nazis is they have been smoking pot to chill them out.
