M196
What is the going price in Twin City M196 Tracers? Been thinking that a mag or two would act as a deturent to some one chasing you.

Check cheaper than dirt, pametto state armory and widener's etc...
I think it's around $.40/rnd, but I'm not sure. If someone is chasing you and you are actually in a position where you need to deliver some rifle rounds downrange, I suggest hitting what you are aiming at instead of "deterring" them with tracers. |

I sold some nice clean TW196 at the Knob Creek show last year for $8. a box.
I was surprised to drag half a case home with me on Sunday. Probably should have knocked off $.50 a box and would have sold out. Edited; BTW, where is the 'Midwest' ?,,,,,,,,, and what ya got to trade ![]() I like 196 for the first 3-4, (or last to shoot) rounds in my GTW mags, besides every 5th. round throughout. Nowing you've run dry in the dark, in a panic, with you'r ears ringing, can save mucho time and confusion ![]() Just remember, they'll start very nice fires too. So as always, know where you'r shooting. Cheers, YV Last edited by yovinny; June 23, 2012 at 09:47. |
