Here in Alabama they would call him a liar, Fish & Game says there are no cougars in Alabama.......but there are and have been for years.

This story made the local new several weeks ago, The mountain lion was rabid and had lost half its body weight due to the illness. The man pictured beat the mountain lion with a frypan then his friend finished it with a pistol.

My daughter was watching "Tangled" when I walked in and caught the part where the thugs were bested with a frying pan -- never underestimate a determined assailant.

The dog is under quarantine to see if he contracts rabbies. Unfortunately, the rabbies vaccine is not 100%. I hope he makes it.
