Trigger return spring Q
So what problems might I run into by using a lighter weight trigger return spring?
Not thinking of going too light, just one that is the same length but slightly smaller diameter wire.

The trigger may not return forward.
Simple as that. It has to override the sear. SOmetimes a slight bevel on the bottom rear of the sear will help it climb the shelf. By "slight" I mean laying it on a medium india stone and taking 2-3 light swipes. Ball point pen spring - don't bother. Wolf Heavy duty metric #5-6 works. Cut to same length as trigger return plunger. crimp front end, expand rear.
