Need Input/wiring trace for AC..97 GMC Savana

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Have to plan this next step before I start spinning my wheels.

The AC on the van is out.

There is a relay junction box under the hood. The relay that pulls in on demand for AC from the control on the dash is in this location. When I pull this relay and by-pass the circuit the compressor tuns and cools.

On the back of the control on the dash there is a green wire that powers up with 12 volts with the demand initiated from the knob.

According to my schematic, that wire should head directly to a high preesure control on the back of the compressor. At this control, no voltage. Also no ohm reading between the dash and the HP control's wire.

It keeps coming up wire trace. So far. What it seems the next step would be is go to the point where that green wire exits the cabin. There should be a connector/plug. There are a couple by the pedals.
