Would it be possible for you to post the shipping weight in order to calculate the price for UPS shipping?

Exit308 is right. You can use 81.5 pounds to figure shipping (UPS) to your zip code from mine at 72653.

OK guys, I have been asked to open the case and take a pic of the contents to prove that the ammo is not corroded or degraded in some way.
I can certainly see this point after some of the skanky Port that has been on the market but I've never had a corroded round in the 4 or 5 cases of SA I've opened and I don't want to do so if folks are intent on buying a virgin unopened case, And bearing in mind for those not familiar with SA ammo that there is a sealed metal can inside the wooden case that would have to be opened also to take pics of the ammo. So I'll leave it up to the bidders. What say you, Open it or not? I'll abide by the wishes of those involved either way.

Does everyone see (GMT -4) as the FALFiles Board Time? I thought the time was set to each individuals' timezone.

OK, My board time is 20:33 right now. That is the time I'll be going by. You can check the time stamp on my post and add or subtract as needed by your time zone.

The crate is actually a bit rare, they only brought in a few that way and then had to change to just the metal case inside the crate minus 2 battle packs due to being over UPS weight limits.
I have never seen one of the real crates before, only heard of them.

I would like to see it if opened, could swear that crate looks smaller than the SA can I have. Just doesn't look big enough. Think my can is short and wide.
...Were there different styles of SA ammo cans?

7.62x51 SA, 1240 rounds, in an sealed crate...
Was delivered as advertised. Well done sir. The crate with a tin inside is awesome, old school, and the kind of thing you would dream of finding in an attic.
SmokeEater2 gets my +1 Now the question is - how long can I resist opening that tin... |
