G series question

I was just reading over a search for G series FN's and was amazed by all the comments.....There was a particular thread about whether or not an FN G series that was on gunbroker was actually a G series or a Rogak (?) or not or if it fell with in the amnesty list. Aren't all G series now on the C&R ? What's the case if the G series isn't on the amnesty list ? If it was an import from Canada or a vet bring back from someone that lived in Europe in the early 60's couldn't it be added to the amnesty list ?
