Probably some truth to it, I bet the dates are off one way or another by a few weeks. Hold on to your butt afterwards.

My bet is it will take longer to unfold than we think... I have thought BOOM for a couple of years now - the worlds CB's have been amazingly adroit, in collusion from their respective governments, at delaying the day of reckoning, by continuously LYING about the data and changing the rules of the game when they get in the way of the lies.
