Both are top notch..........I would take the German over the Aussie if its clean.
I would take the Aussie if the German is ugly(some is) or if the Aussie is boxer primed(some is and you can sell the brass for 5-20 cents apiece) Aside from those 2 exemptions the German(DAG?) is better ammo. Right now 50 cents a round is a "good" price. There is NO 7.62 worth over 80 cents a round aside from true Match Grade(none of which is mil surplus) |

I bought some DAG (German) dated '69 in battle packs that had very minor stuff that look like oxidization where as some other people have gotten DAG that was really ugly. I have NEVER heard of Aussie being ugly. I just prefer the DAG cuz it is NATO spec, hot, and the bullet is evil. The Aussie is normal 7.62 that is known for being very consistent and clean. I would take the time to check out the years and what EXACTLY the BP's say as 7.62 is retarded expensive and I would want some really nice stuff for 50-60 cents a round. |
