Need your fixed handle input
All:
Have some 6520's that will be getting optics/dots and M500s. Need to see what you have for drop handle mounts that work with the M4 sized handguards (what the M500 uses). Thanks for the help!

Are you talking about the gooseneck/cantilever type mount that attaches to the carry handle for mounting an optic over the handguard? Not very familiar with the type, just wasn't sure if I understood the question.

Yes, that's the one, or something like that to drop it off the handle.

Only one I can think of other than the dedicated reflex mount is the Benny Cooley adjustable mount. I think you might want to change the title of the thread to "Carry handle gooseneck optics mount input" or something along that line. I wasn't sure what you were asking for until I looked at the thread a second time.
Doing the fun show this weekend?

No, I don't believe it would. I have used ARMS products in the past and they didn't fit with the larger handguards. It appears to be a solid mount with the standard handguards though.

Aimpoint carry handle mount with Quick Release mount for Picatinny Rail might work. Not sure if it clears M4 handguards though.

Yeah, I tried it and the M4 profiles are just a shade too large for the mount to correctly fit level.

All things being equal, I prefer the ARMS #39 - very robust, solid yada yada yada. If you have to have the M4 HGs, you may want to look at the Cooley mount (BC CAM). It is a cantilever style mount, but the rail is adjustable in vertical height. It is well made (and therefore spendy), but may suit your needs. I have one, and while it’s not as solid as the ARMS, it works for situations where a fixed height rail won't.
I have seen them for less, but DSA offers them (EOBC): http://www.dsarms.com/item-detail.cf...arcowitmnt.gif HTH

Vorpal:
Much appreciated, nice setup. Yeah, maybe not combat rugged but Bennie's stuff is certainly rugged enough for patrol work.
