check the feed lips on your magazine, if they are not straight the rounds won't feed.

Is it ejecting properly and
then not loading next round? If so, try another mag. |

If the mag switch doesn't do it - who made the receiver? How do the feed ramps look? How do the rails look? Any burrs anywhere? What exactly is happening when it "doesn't feed" - there's excess friction somewhere - you've just got to track it down.....

Im having the same problem with a stg58 kit I had stached away, Imbel reciver, strips off the round, goes in the chamber half way then stops. Tried proven mags, emery paper on the ramps, rails. The bolt and carrer move free, and without rounds the bolt goes home fine. I can feed it by hand and it ejects...what am I missing here..this is the 3rd FAL ive made
