Yep.
It's the only parts kit that you can still shoot. And it will come right to your door. No FFL required. http://www.odcmp.com/Services/Rifles/m1garand.htm Get the rack grade for $325.00. It take two weeks from when you mail in your order. JR Last edited by Rotor; August 12, 2005 at 20:20. |

I read somewhere that if you join the Garand Collectors Association for $35 a year that then you qualify.

People are buying CMP garands and selling them part by part on eBay for those looking to find a matching manufactured part for their brand of Garand.
Sellers are making a fortune and buyers are NUTZ. All Garands are mix masters anyway. |

The requirements are not high. The requirements page http://www.odcmp.com/Services/Rifles...quirements.htm Aside from the Garand Collectors Assn most state rifle assn’s count as an affiliated org. Illinois State Rifle assn did for me. The “proof of marksmanship” requirement is not as hard as most think. If you read through the CMP list the “Certification from range or club official witnessing shooting activity” is the easiest to get if you are not a vet or ex LEO. Got M1! http://www.odcmp.com/Services/Rifles/index.htm JR |
