Big 5 M91/30
Saw a Mosin-Nagant M91/30 at the local Big 5 the other day. 1942 manufacture date with maybe 80-85% blue, excellent bore, all-matching except bolt (bummer). Wood has no cracks or gouges, but plenty of scrapes and dents. Will 0000 steel wool make something like this any prettier? For $50 I'm thinking of trying to bring it back to life somewhat.

I watched "Enemy At the Gates" a couple of weeks ago. The $50 M/N sure could tell a story. Sounds like a heck of a deal to me.
