How do I repair or replace the rear sling swivel on a para?
Well I managed to break the rear sling swivel on my SAR-48 Para.... It was slightly bent and stuck when I got it so I attempted to straighten and free it up. Well It's free, and the top half of the sling mount (the part the sling attaches to) where it goes into the swivel broke.
Sooo can this be replaced? If so how and where can I get the part or parts? Thanks, Charlie

In the block if you look closely you will see a small pin that taps in and goes through base of swivel. With a drift carefully tap it out enough to release swivel. Install new swivel and drive pin back in.
DSA swivels work. (hate to plug them) apex, etc. |
