WTS NOS Belgian type A bayonet ++SPF++
In the interest of keeping up with the other guys who are dragging very hard to find goodies out from under the bed I offer you this. It is NOS Belgian made with Belgian date code on the crossguard. Hard to make out but it's either a 2 or a 5 inside a box. No other markings that I can see. There is some very minor surface rust just starting that will likely wipe off but I will leave that to the new owner. Very hard to see with the naked eye but it shows up under a magnifying glass so it needs to be mentioned. No wear on the blade or the latching parts or groove where it attatches so I have every reason to believe this has never been on a rifle. No serial number since it is NOS. I have owned it for 10 years and have only seen a couple other NEW ones on here in pictures. This would be great for anyone building an early Belgian or early FN made Izzy with the lugged barrel. Probably correct for a few others as well. $250 shipped. Yeah it's expensive, but I don't really want to sell it. I simply don't have a rifle it will fit at the moment and could use the cash for other things. Usual first member to post HERE with "I'll take it" owns it. Ask questions first. I will not deal with guys who buy it & then want to send it back because of a spot of grease I forgot to mention, etc. It is NOS but it is also 50+ years old. Pics tell the story and thanks for looking. Discrete PP as a gift or US postal MO unless we have done business in the past or you are a long time regular. Thanks for understanding.

Best example I've ever seen for sale. For the lack of cash, I'd add it to my collection, even though I've not got anything to install it on.

You got it. You'll be glad you did and IIRC you have a FAL or 2 with lug type barrel that needs it don't ya ? I bought it for just that reason myself 10 or so years ago & then never built a rifle to put it on.
