Extractor spring
Need info on how to replace the extractor spring.

Assuming a two piece extractor.
Theres a little hole in the extractor. Use a bullet tip (or anything else) that will fit in the hole. Pull back to compress spring. Lever gently up/out while at the same time cupping a hand in front of the bolt. The spring should fly out to the front into the cupped hand. (Or miss completely & dissapear under a big, heavy piece of immovable furniture.) |

Aim bolt away from you! Safety glasses a must! This is a STRONG spring. Better off to buy the extactor tool. And have three hands!
