By and large, most 1903s are +/- $400. rifles.
If they are low serial numbered Rock Island, or Springfield rifles they are -/+ $300. There are a LOT of variances dictating the value of your rifle: Manufacturer, originality, condition, condition, and condition.
Has it been Bubba-ized? (drilled and tapped, cut-down stock,...)
The low numbered rifles are considered by many to be unsafe to shoot because of heat treating issues. If you'll post the serial number using XX for the last two, someone will post it your rifle falls within that range.
Gone are the days when they could be bought as surplus for < $20.00

Well i found out it was made in 1922 witch is after the heat treating
& nichel steel update & i think it got a new bbl becase right behind the
front sight there's S.A. FLAMEING BOMB then 8-42 every thing else
is like it came new.
PS. I give 220.00 for it.:) :)

I have'nt seen any around here(LI, NY) for less then $600, some all beat up!
I guess whatever they can get is what they ask? But I have'nt seen many sold.
I think most are CMP rifles anyway, trying to turn a nice profit!
