If you ever wondered what one looked like, here it is. This one is from August of 1967 for an FAL Competition Model that I have grown very fond of.

Small edit of title.

Center mass, the pencil/adjustment lines may be a bit difficult to see, but they are present.

How many rounds was that??

Bruce, it appears to be 10 rds all together.

The first rds fired look low and left. There are vertical and horizontal pencil lines on those. There is one other horizontal line a little further up from the first.

Wouldn't I have liked that guys job.......

10 is what it seemed to be, but it is hard to tell with a nice group of rounds that makes a hole if more could have been there also.

As far has not wanting their job I assume you mean shooting all those neat rifles and not being able to own them??

It would have been really cool to be able to test fire a bunch of them and then select the most accurate ones for your own.

Exactly, one would not have been able to own them.

I guess that it still would have been fun though. :)

What is the group size on that test target and does it say what ammo was used? Looks to me like about 2.75" vertical spread.
